50g Cocoa powder
80g Flora butter
200g 75% vegan dark choc
1/2 tsp Baking powder
250g Light muscavado sugar
125g Self raising flour
1tsp Vanilla extract
2-3 drops CBD Gold
Preheat oven to 180 degrees (fan) and line a square baking tray with baking paper.
Add butter and dark chocolate to a saucepan on a low heat and gently melt together.
Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
Use a hand whisk to mix the sugar and melted chocolate together in a separate bowl until smooth. Add
the vanilla extract.
Add the melted chocolate mixture to the flour mixture, folding it together to get air into the mixture. You
can add the CBD drops into the mixture at this stage.
Pour into your baking tin and leave in the oven for 15-20minutes. Do the skewer test to see if they’re
cooked all the way through!
• 300g self-raising flour

• 400ml plant-based milk (such as oat, almond or soya)
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking

Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and vanilla together in a bowl and whisk. Add a pinch of sea
salt. Add the milk slowly until you have the batter-consistency. Add your CBD drops here.
Use olive oil or fry light on a medium low heat and add small quantities of batter to the hot pan. You will
either have to do this one by one or in batches. Wait until little bubbles form n the top side of the pancake
and flip over.
Continue until all the batter has been used.
Serve stacked with your choice of toppings and drizzle agave nectar over the top.
1/2 cup Oats
200ml Almond or oat milk
1 tbsp Chia seeds
2 drops CBD Gold
Inside a mason jar or small bowl, pour in your almond milk and chia seeds and stir. Follow with your oats
and stir again. Add your CBD drops then press down with a spoon to make sure all the oats have soaked
up the milk.
Securely cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy the next day with your toppings of blueberries
and any syrups or nut butter.

In a separate bowl/ramekin, add Olive oil, then red wine vinegar and stir. Add tsp of dijon mustard and
combine thoroughly so there are no lumps in the dressing. Add your drop of CBD gold and stir well.
Drizzle over your fresh, spring salad.
