What can I use it for?

Arnica oil helps to reduce inflammatory pain when applied topically. Typically it is used for the pain and swelling associated with bruises, sprains, pulls, muscle aches, and even arthritis. Arnica helps to boost circulation and speed up the healing process.

Comfrey plants contain chemical substances called allantoin and rosmarinic acid. Allantoin boosts the growth of new skin cells, while rosmarinic acid helps relieve pain and inflammation.

Plai (a relative of ginger) essential oil has been used in traditional Thai massage for many years to combat joint and muscle problems. It is native to Thailand, Indonesia and India.

Rosemary essential oil has anti-microbial, antiseptic, astringent, antioxidant, and tonic properties so it helps to soothe dry or oily skin, eczema. It is noted for its ability to ease pain and inflammation.

Camphor essential oil may help to relieve muscle cramps, spasms and stiffness and is often used as a topical pain reliever.

Eucalyptus essential oil is known both for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties and can have analgesic effects in muscles and joints possibly helping ailments like arthritis.

Peppermint essential oil contains menthol which has a wonderful cooling effect on sore achy muscles.
